I have a strong belief in the human spirit and the ability of individuals to enact growth and change. Counseling is a specialized conversation that enables clients to recognize strengths and build on them to enhance their lives.
Your first appointment will serve as an opportunity for us to meet each other as well as assess and gather overall information. The first session is an initial assessment, not a therapy session and will last approximately 60 minutes. Respective payments/co-payment still apply. This will give you a glimpse into what it will feel like to continue in the therapeutic relationship together and give us the opportunity to see if we are a good match. Subsequent therapy sessions are 45 to 60 minutes in duration.
